The location of the hotel was very good in San Antonio. The room did not have a fridge in either. It had a safe in it but you had to pay at reception for a key to be able to use the safe. The air con was really good so much that we had to ask it to be turned down as the room was too cold. It was clean and was serviced everyday with fresh towels given. The room of the hotel was basic as you would expect in a 2 star hotel. This was checked every time when we went into the hotel regardless of the time even early hours of the morning as there was always a receptionist on the desk to check you had a wristband on. Once we arrived at the hotel we were checked in and given wristbands so that only people staying in the hotel could enter. After I seen them, I rang up Jet2 to change hotel but after they said there would be additional costs to change as well as a fee for changing we decided to not change hotel whilst checking the reviews regularly until we was going.
